Terri Goodwin, Director of Human Resources

Terri’s responsibilities with ISS encompass all areas of Human Resources and Payroll Administration.  Terri has worked with us at ISS since 2002.  In her position, she works closely with Pam Johnson in managing the compensation and benefit programs, employee relations, worker’s compensation and payroll management.  With over 10 plus years of HR experience, Terri holds a BA from Texas State University and is certified as a human resource professional, PHR, by the Society for Human Resource Management.
